Refund policy

Dots believes in your satisfaction.  If your bars are damaged in delivery, you can return your damaged bar for a new bar.  Please send a copy of the order confirmation and a picture of the damaged bar to info@dotswax.com.  We accept damaged returns for exchange within 14 calendar days of original purchase.   Sale items are final and will not be considered for exchange.
